Manufacturer's description
Divinol Asphalt Plus WMB (Art-Nr. 94270) is a water-soluble release agent for bitumen and asphalt based on mineral oil. It is supplied as a concentrate that is mixed with water before use; the concentrate is added first and the water is then stirred in continuously. The product is a water-miscible release agent for bitumen and asphalt mixing machines and is also very well suited as a release agent for wooden pallets in the production of concrete blocks. In addition, Divinol Asphalt Plus WMB can be used as a water-miscible formwork oil concentrate. Typical working concentrations are 1:3 to 1:6 with water in bitumen and asphalt mixing plants (depending on the bituminous mixture) and 1:10 to 1:15 when used as a formwork oil. The concentrate is frost-resistant. Only quantities that can be used within one working day should be mixed. No specification or approval codes are listed in the technical data sheet.
