Divinol Aqua CB (Art-Nr. 20200) is a ready-to-use release agent for concrete. It is mineral-oil-free and formulated on the basis of anionic and non-ionic surfactants and auxiliary agents, which makes it a low-emission alternative to conventional oil-based form-release products. The product is particularly suited as a ready-to-use emulsion for wooden rack boards in precast plants, used in immediate demoulding for the production of concrete blocks. It is applied undiluted, exactly as delivered — no mixing or thinning is required. Within a DGNB certification, Divinol Aqua CB can be used for quality levels 1 to 3 according to the criteria catalogue ENV 1.2 (risks for the local environment). Typical values are a yellowish, clear appearance, a density of 1000 kg/m³ at 15 °C (DIN EN ISO 12185) and a pH of 10.0 measured at 10 % in distilled water (DIN 51 369). The product carries Giscode BTM 05 and water hazard class WGK 1.
