PETRONAS Syntium Prime RN 5W-30 is an advanced synthetic technology engine oil formulated with °CoolTech™ technology that effectively controls heat, resists oxidation and prevents oil degradation and deposit build-up, protecting parts and maintaining engine efficiency for the full drain interval. It is especially designed for Renault passenger cars with direct-injection turbocharged petrol and diesel engines (refer to the owner's manual for the recommended grade), and is also suitable for SUVs, light vans and biofuel-powered vehicles fitted with exhaust after-treatment and emission-control devices such as diesel particulate filters and catalytic converters, as well as fuel injectors, multi-valve systems or turbochargers operating under severe conditions. Benefits include exceptional ability to maintain oil thickness and reduce engine wear, exceptional protection against oil oxidation and thickening throughout the drain interval, and exceptional control of sludge build-up for maximum engine power and efficiency.
