Syntium X 5W-40 A3/B4
Fully synthetic ACEA A3/B4 engine oil for passenger cars, SUVs and vans
SAE 5W-40
PETRONAS Syntium Prime E 5W-40 is an advanced synthetic technology lubricant formulated with °CoolTech™ technology, which effectively controls heat, resists oxidation and prevents oil degradation and deposit build-up, protecting engine parts and maintaining engine efficiency for the full drain interval. It is especially designed for passenger cars with direct-injection turbocharged petrol and diesel engines such as Mercedes and VW (please refer to the owner's manual). It is also suitable for SUVs, light vans and vehicles running on biofuels and fitted with exhaust after-treatment and emission-control devices such as diesel particulate filters and catalytic converters, as well as fuel injectors, multi-valve systems or turbochargers operating under severe conditions. The formulation delivers an exceptional ability to maintain oil thickness and reduce engine wear, to protect against oil oxidation and thickening throughout the drain interval, and to control sludge build-up for maximum power and efficiency. It meets API SP and ACEA A3/B4 and carries VW 502.00/505.00, MB-Approval 229.5, BMW LL-01 and Renault RN 0700/0710 approvals, with FCA 9.55535-N2/M2/Z2/S3, FPW 9.55535/10 and PSA B71 2296 performance levels.
