PETRONAS Tutela Brake Fluid Plus 3 is a glycol-ether based brake fluid intended for the hydraulic brake and hydraulic clutch systems of passenger cars and utility vehicles. It is also suitable for the hydraulic brake systems of earth-moving machines. The fluid is clear and light yellow, with a density of 1.040 g/cm³ at 15 °C and a viscosity of 1150 cSt at -40 °C, giving good low-temperature fluidity. Its dry boiling point of 250 °C and wet boiling point of 155 °C meet DOT 3 requirements, and it passes the rubber compatibility tests on SBR, EPDM and natural rubber, protecting the seals of the braking circuit.
