Eni Acer 460
Mineral circulating oil with anti-rust and antioxidant properties
ISO VG 460
Mobil Vacuoline 100 Series is a range of extra high quality circulating system oils primarily intended for the lubrication of plain bearings in full fluid lubrication systems, particularly those subjected to heavy water contamination, such as back-up roll bearings in metal rolling mills. Formulated from high-quality base stocks and additives, they deliver outstanding water separation ability, good resistance to thermal degradation and oxidation, and protection against rust and corrosion, while remaining highly resistant to emulsion and sludge formation for cleaner systems and filters. The series carries a high viscosity index and good demulsibility that is retained even under severe water contamination, making it suitable for both single- and dual-tank circulation systems. It is used almost exclusively for rolling mill applications, particularly back-up roll bearing systems, and other full-fluid bearing systems subject to heavy water ingress in related industries. Solid contaminants separate readily, allowing easy cleaning by centrifuge, filtration or settling, which extends oil charge life and reduces maintenance costs. Available in ISO VG 150, 220, 320, 460 and 680 grades, Mobil Vacuoline 100 Series meets DIN 51517-2:2018-09 and satisfies the Primetals Technologies Morgoil Advanced and Standard Lubricant Specifications as well as the SMS Group X-Roll Oil Bearing Advanced and Standard Lubricant Specifications, reflecting strong support from key rolling mill equipment builders.
