PETRONAS Arbor Protective Fluid is a concentrated protective antifreeze and coolant fluid developed for the engines of tractors, farm machines and earthmoving machinery. Based on ethylene glycol, it delivers the utmost performance in terms of antifreeze protection and cooling: it removes the heat generated by combustion and, when mixed at 50% with water, protects against freezing down to -38°C and against boiling at circuit temperatures up to 110°C. The fluid extends cooling-system life through enhanced corrosion protection for metal-based components and shows good compatibility with elastomers and plastics, prolonging the service life of hoses, seals and other components. The result is greater machine availability and lower operating costs for agricultural and construction fleets. PETRONAS Arbor Protective Fluid is recommended for applications calling for ASTM D 6210 Type 1-FF, NH 900 B, MS-1710 and MAT 3620. It has a blue-green colour, a density of 1.133 g/cm³ at 15°C and passes the ASTM D1384 glassware corrosion test. Always consult the owner's manual for the coolant specification required by your machine.
