eni Grease LCX sunt produse de top, formulate pentru a răspunde celor mai severe cerințe de lubrifiere din diferite ramuri industriale: energie eoliană, metalurgie, instalații de producere a cimentului, mașini de hârtie, sticlărie. eni Grease LCX 1,5/460 este o unsoare de tip EP cu consistența NLGI 1,5, formulată cu un ulei de bază sintetic special de tip ISO VG 460. Este recomandată în special pentru lubrifierea angrenajelor care funcționează la viteze reduse și sarcini ridicate, în mediu umed și la temperaturi ridicate, cum este cazul industriei siderurgice și al fabricării hârtiei. Este recomandată și pentru lubrifierea lagărelor de reglare a poziției și pasului palelor turbinelor eoliene și a instalațiilor de forat tuneluri (TBM — Tunnel Boring Machine). Domeniul termic recomandat: -40 °C / +180 °C.

Aplicații și utilizări

• Eni Grease LCX 1.5/460 is a lithium complex grease, formulated with synthetic base oil of viscosity ISO VG 460 that allow the grease to operate at very low temperatures. The particular combination of anti-wear, EP, anticorrosive and anti-oxidant additives guarantees excellent performance in severe operating conditions such as high loads and in presence of vibrations. In addition, the synthetic base gives a high thermal and oxidative stability over time, allowing a reduction of downtime cases and maintenance costs. Eni Grease LCX 1.5/460 is specifically indicated for slow reducers operating in humid environments, with high loads and high temperatures such as used in steel, paper and glass industries and in the lubrication of the main shaft bearings and the bearings which regulate the propeller pitch and the swinging of the wind blades. Eni Grease LCX 1.5/460 is suitable for the lubrication of excavating machines and TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine).
