Eni Turbo 23699 este recomandat pentru lubrifierea turbinelor cu gaze de tip aeronautic folosite în domeniul industrial și naval, fabricate de diverși constructori: Allison, Avco-Lycoming, General Electric, Pratt & Whitney, Turbo Power & Marine și Rolls-Royce.
