Eni PUNICA 5100 SAE 50 este un lubrifiant de cilindru formulat cu uleiuri de bază de calitate ridicată și cu cea mai recentă tehnologie de aditivare, conceput să lubrifieze și să protejeze pistoanele, segmenții și cămășile motoarelor în doi timpi lente, cu cap de cruce, care funcționează pe combustibil cu conținut ridicat de sulf.

• Eni PUNICA 5100 SAE 50 is a cylinder lubricant formulated with high quality base oils and latest additive technology, designed for to lubricate and protect the pistons, rings and liners of low speed two-stroke crosshead engines operating with high sulphur fuel

Performanțe și beneficii

• The raw materials present in additives package of Eni PUNICA 5100 SAE 50 have been selected for prevent ring sticking and minimizes carbon deposits build-up in piston rings, lands and grooves, which could trigger phenomena of wear
• The viscosimetric characteristics of the product allow obtaining a suitable lubrication of piston rings and cylinder liner interface, by the effect of a uniformly distributed lubricating film on the entire surface of the cylinder liners, implementing an effective control of the wear phenomena with a consequent reduction of engine maintenance and related costs
• Its alkalinity level guarantees a neutralization of acids formed from the by-products of the combustion process and minimise corrosive wear effects, ensuring the best engine protection
• Outstanding thermal and oxidative stability of the product makes it possible to maintain its performance unchanged in any operating condition of the engine
• The product has the right balance between the level of alkalinity expressed through the Base Number (BN) and the ability to ensure the best detergency, for this reason, it is the solution in all those cases in which the use of a high sulphur fuel is required
