Eni Rolling TNX este un ulei special, potrivit pentru laminarea la rece a oțelului inoxidabil pe laminoare Sendzimir. Viscozitatea a fost stabilită cu precizie pentru a limita pierderile prin volatilitate și pentru a asigura totodată un bun efect de răcire, susținut și de o bună umectare, datorată componentelor polare. Adezivitatea echilibrată permite formarea unei pelicule de lubrifiere continue și persistente, care reduce corespunzător coeficientul de frecare fără să provoace alunecare între cilindrii de lucru și tablă. Eni Rolling TNX a fost formulat special cu un ulei de bază și aditivi care nu lasă pete pe niciun tip de tablă laminată. Are o rezistență excelentă la oxidare și proprietăți anticorozive remarcabile, dovedite prin protecția antirugină chiar și în prezența apei sărate. Eni Rolling TNX este compatibil cu materialele folosite la filtrare.

• Eni Rolling TNX is a special oil suitable for stainless steel cold rolling on Sendzimir mills. The viscosity has been accurately defined in order to limit losses due to volatility as well as ensuring a good coolant effect, also supported by a good wetness due to the presence of polar constituents. The balanced adhesiveness allows the formation of a continuous and persistent lubrication film that ensures an adequate reduction of the friction coefficient without causing slipping between the work cylinders and the sheet. Eni Rolling TNX has been specifically formulated with a base oil and additives that do not give stains or spots on any type of rolled sheet. Excellent oxidation resistance and anti-corrosive properties, highlighted by overcoming rust protection even in the presence of salt water. Eni Rolling TNX is compatible with the filtering materials used for the filtration.
